a line recording

Can anyone help me on how do u download a line recording or what ever you call it so i can talk on my station.if you have one could you please e-mail it to RoSSin2001@aol.com..

Well, what exactly are looking for? Your request is a bit vague.

Do you mean Line-In? In which case you'd need a mic of some sort, and you'd need to plug it into your soundcard's LINE IN or MIC port.
