This is starting to bother me. Yesterday out of the blue when I tried to load winamp it took forever. And when it loaded the player didn't even pop up. So i right-click on it and I try to fix it there. I click on "main window" "equalizer" and "playlist" and the equalizer and main window pop up but they are huge. The main window appears merely as a long thin line with just the song name in it. I don't want to have to re-install. Please tell me that there is something I'm missing.

delete all gen_**.dll files

update all your driver's


if these don't work un-install and re-install winamp

Restore the Winamp window from windowshade mode to regular mode (it should be a button that looks sort of like a Windows refresh button, on the right side of the windowshade). Then, to go from doublesize to normal size, click the little D button beside the miniviz.
