l33t.ca will be faster and more reliable soon. They have been having some trouble with a script that tells you how much bandwidth you are using. It was crashing a lot. They fixed that. They are reliable now. The slowness is because they are on a slow host. They will be moving to a new host something this week so the slowness should be fixed soon.

L33t.ca won't let up upload files larger than 1 mb unless you put at least $1 in your account. And there is still the whole 400mb/month bandwidth restriction.

I have to say that l33t.ca is the best free host you will ever find.
