Status bar
 

In IE6 in winXP when I press Ctrl+N to create a new window the status bar at the bottom of the page disappears and when I load it to start with. This also happens in Explorer when opening windows. Is there a way to set ans keep set the status bar? This is really bugging me now.

I think it's the same with the window size.. and how you fix is.. is this:

Just everytime you open a new window, go to View and then to Status bar, so it appears again. Do this everytime. I think somehow, after a while, IE6 remembers your setting and the statusbar will stay. This also works for changing the window size (maximized everytime you open a new window, for example).

NOT SURE THOUGH!!! But I just had that problem too and now it seems to be fixed...
