winamp crash on minimize with matrox / nvidia combination
 

winamp crashes withouth a message when it is minimized while i'm running 'matrox multidesk' wich is matrox' virtual desktop program.
this system is an athlon 1.33Ghz with a gf3 ti200 detonater 21.88 and a matrox pci g450 with 5.82.14.0 (beta) drivers.
this is running on win2k sp2 NL.
the problem doesnt occur when multidesk isnt running, then winamp works fine.

Doesn't this suggest that it's a bug/problem caused by Matrox MultiDesk, not Winamp? :confused:
Especially if Matrox software is anything like their hardware/drivers. ;) :down:

Also, if relevant, remove any 3rd-party plugins from Winamp (gen_*.dll)
Sounds a bit like gen_nomad.dll or some other buggy p.o.s.
