audio extraction

okay so i'm back with another problem. I need to extract audio from a video (.MPG) to make it into an MP3.....is this possible......if so HOW???

http://www.tmpgenc.com/e_main.html - Tmpeg encoder. It's trial but it'll work. Open the mpeg and demux it.
