Good gif editing program
 

Hello,
Does anybody know a good gif-editing tool?
I have a slick gif file and I want to put it as my avatar , but is too large.
:confused: :eek: :weird:
(it should be freeware...)

I think that's enough now. I prefer Microsoft GIF Animator (probably because I've only used that. :D) and the others I don't know about.
