Winamp update

I have an old version of Winamp (2.64). If I want to get the latest one, should I first uninstall the old one or can I just over-upgrade?

You can just upgrade over your previous installation.

when i first come to the forums, there are many new posts. I open all of them to their own windows and read the posts. By that time, people have posted and what not.
