Random thoughts on Winamp3
 

Ok first off if you flame me (whatever that means) you will likely not recieve a reply (hey you never know), so please don't since that would make you look like the moron :rolleyes:

I was thinking just a little while ago why I like Winamp3 and why it is better than all the others. I created a parallel that I think works well with Winamp for me at least.

Well what I was thinking is that maybe I like it because it is a combination of K-Jofol and Winamp 2. Both of those were my favorite players before Winamp3. So it made perfect sense that you would combine the two to create my favorite of all time.

My comparison or parallel in my mind to this combination is the United States (just here me out). You see, the US at this point in time is a combination of a bunch of cultures and people from around the world. It has become the strongest nation in the world as far as the economy and military.

So I think of Winamp in sort of the same way as this. When you combine the two you can create something far greater than anything else.

Now to the part that people are gonna whine and moan about. I also think that if Winamp was a nation it would be the US and if Sonique was a nation it would be Canada :D

You see Sonique (Canada) isn't Winamp, they say they don't want to be Winamp and that Winamp has problems, but in reality they want to be Winamp although they can't just openly admit it.

So those are my thoughts. I am hoping that someone else will agree with me and think that this was kind of interest. I know I will recieve some bad assaults from people but I don't really care so that is their choice.

That's 180 degrees from my theory that the Canadians are infiltrating Winamp at its highest echelons. Winamp is Canada and Sonique is the USA, and I am the Walrus, and Einhorn is Finkle! Finkle is Einhorn!...Einhorn is a man!!!OH MY GOD!!! EINHORN IS A MAN!!!

Ice have you been to British Columbia? I actually am a seasonal resident of BC and from the people I know there, they love us. They have my Seattle networks playing TV all the time, they have our TV shows. Also from what I hear is that BC is thinking about coming into the US in the next 40 years (just a rumor).

So don't tell me I am insalting the Canadians. I love the guys and I have a lot of internet and real friends that are from Canada. Now I don't know how East Canada relates but I think that my statement somewhat applied towards BC and the West.
