I did this exact same thing. And it worked for about a week, and then one day I just came home and it stopped working. So I set all the computesr that use the routers IP to 192.168.1.104 and up and i kept mine (the one broadcasting) with 192.168.1.2 (like the instructions say) and I did the whole process over by going into the 192.168.1.1 website and changing the forwarding and etc. I have the DNS servers with the matching numbers and everything and have re-done the process 3 times and everytime I open up the DNS Server and connect from winamp, I get this error:

<08/10/07@17:06:24> [yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave extended error (Cannot see your station/computer (IP: 76.26.25.103:8000) from the Internet, disable Internet Sharing/NAT/firewall/ISP cache (Connection timed out).)

I don't know what went wrong when it was working perfectly and now it just stopped. I also tried to do the DMZ Host (which I have no idea how it works, but I just put it to be 192.168.1.2) and that didn't change anything. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong and help.
