Winamp can't play song title in Thai

I tried Winamp 2.78 playing a MP3 thai song with title written in Thai character but winamp cannot work but once I rename the title to ASCII character it work fine.

I had also tried the Winamp with Thai enable on a English Win XP the result is the same.

Please advice how I can make it work without renaming all the few hundreds song.

Winamp does NOT support Unicode file-names.

W2B: Why Not UNICODE ??
