Error 400
 

Just downloaded version 2.78 and could not bring up any radio station--got a page with "Error 400--Request blocked due to Rules Template Configuration" What gives??

Where are you getting this error message?
In the main Winamp window or playlist?
In the Winamp minibrowser?
Or in the Internet Explorer browser?
When do you get it?
When attempting to access a web page of listings?
If so, is it shoutcast.com, another site, or all sites?
Or is it when you click the "listen" / "tune-in" button?

At a guess, either you're using an ISP with a proxy connection and a web-caching system, and your proxy/connection details aren't entered correctly in:
Winamp -> Prefs (Ctrl+P) -> Setup

Or you're behind a firewall and access is blocked, or your ISP web-caching system is fux0ring things up.
