Do me a favor, go to a computer shop by the name of CMX Systems and ask them....

WHY THE FUCK HAVEN'T YOU SENT BIZZ HIS GODDAMN SHUTTLE SV24 BAREBONES SYSTEM YET?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!


I sent them $354.00 for it over 3 weeks ago and havent heard from them since! :mad:

I'm about to report the money order as stolen and file a fraud complaint against them on ebay.

Haven't you heard there's a war goin' on in Bethlehem?

Call em but be polite. Just explain em all and everything. and well if they don't respond tell them your lawyer is the next person on your calling list or sth.. :)

eBay will protect me for up to $175, the US Postal Service (where I got my money order from) will refund me the whole $354 for a small fee. So, item or not, I'm fully covered.

I got my money order reciept right in front of me, luckily I kept it :)

What happend when you called them? I just looked on the map, and they are off route 78. I have to go that way in about a week. Let me know if you want me to stop by there. If I can plan the time into my trip, I will be happy to stop by the shop for you.

Hopefully they are good business people and will take care of you.

Just kept on ringing, got an answering machine so I left a message for them to email me, I havent recieved anything yet.

Keep us updated. I used to sell Pokemon Cards on ebay for extra money <back in the day when they were really popular>. I have a feedback rating of 950+ with only 2 negatives, and they were from people that I left negative feedback for.

It upsets me that shady people take advantage of others on the internet. It gives the good ones a bad name. Have you checked out their feedback rating? If you want me to call them I would be happy to :) .

I filled out an eBay fraud complaint form and eBay buyer insurance claim against him for the auction.

Tomorrow I'm gonna make a trip to the post office so I can get a refund on the money order I bought.

Now that I'm no longer getting the Shuttle Spacewalker SV24 system I'm setting my sights on making a Cappuccino GX-1 MiniPC.

It's not going to be as powerful as the SV24 but it's cheaper and smaller.

Perfect for what I was gonna use the SV24 for: road trips, mp3s and emulators! :)

After filing the ebay fraud complaint, the seller FINALLY contacted me (gee, funny how THAT works! :))

He says he's having "problems with his distributors" and that the money order hasnt been cashed.

I asked him if I can still be able to recieve the SV24 system and he says no.

He says I should get a refund for the money order and to call the transaction off.

If you ask me, I still think the dude had intentions of ripping me off. If I hadnt have filed that complaint I probly would have never heard from him again.

Oh Well.
