Loo roll logic
 

I think its time to unleash a rubishy logic puzzle on you.
The situation is this: There is a large metal pole on the floor it is standing upright,surrounding it is a collection of loo rolls they are stacked almost as high as the pole and surround it all the way round,you must knock it down using a plastic dinosaur you cannot touch the pole with your hands and you cannot touch the loo rolls with the dino, but heres the cach you must not knock the loo rolls down.

Commence!

Scratches head and wanders off mumbling 'I blame Thatcher myself, if she hadn't flogged off all the playing fields the kids could be out in the fresh air instead of worrying themselves over loo rolls and stuff, Lucky they got them, in my day we didn't have loo rolls, an old Littlewoods catalogue hung on a nail we had to make do with ... :)

:confused: Well i think first you wouldnt knock down the rolls but you woul take them down with your hands one by one..so technically they have not been knocked down(so that they will not be in the vicinity of the pole....then you take the dino and hit the pole with it...voila!

My solution =
I would choose one stack of the paper rolls. and since I can touch with my hand, take the top roll and place it on the pole through the roll`s center (the pole is slightly taller than the stack) and letting this roll drop to the floor on the pole. I would subsequently do this with each roll in this stack. This will leave a one roll sized corrider. (since the pole will hold all the rolls in a stack- being taller) Then grasp some of the rolls on the pole and carefully slide the pole with all the rolls on it thru the opening (using hands- they can touch rolls) at sufficient distance I would take the rolls off one by one and stack them in their original position. Then I would sneak up to that pole with my plastic dino and whack ! Out for the count !

Do I win or whut ? :D

the anser is...drumroll....

disasemble the loo roll structure.
move them out of the way.
whack the pole with the dino.

I had a strange dream last night and it was that i guessed this right and you (Vie) said well done!
