Hey! I did get a reply from the ECB (European Central Bank):

Quote:

Thank you for your query. The reproduced images of the euro banknotes
are sufficiently different from genuine banknotes so that they are authorised by the reproduction rules as laid down in the ECB Decision you mentioned.
So, my skin is officially legal :)

And another thing: thank you, dbleja, for your review. I use AVS because it comes with winamp so almost everyone has it, while milkdrop is an additional plug-in you have to download and install (I only installed it ~2 weeks ago), but I might do some milkdrop preset some day... What did you mean with "The background behind the numbers.bmp clashes a bit with the white in numbers.bmp"? Is there a colour mismatch? I don't find it here

You can read about this here:

http://www.euro.ecb.int/nl/section/testnotes.html

other people can read it here :p :

http://www.euro.ecb.int/en/section/testnotes.html

But I doubt it is useful for you, it is only about the euro-banknotes.

Yeah, of course it makes sense to make AVS presets. I did one for Saturn in the Wintertime as well. But it would be cool if more people used milkdrop and made milkdrop presets :(. My main problem with AVS is that I can't use it unless at a very small size (even if the visualisation is very simple)- whereas milkdrop runs very smoothly at full screen at a fairly high resolution and fairly complex mesh size. I don't know why AVS is so slow. Plus, the beat detection of milkdrop is a lot more spectacular than of AVS (if a preset is made properly)

To answer your question about the numbers, look at the attachment. In your skin, you have a pink section behind the numbers, which shows up the square white around each number. In the example, the numbers just look like numbers, not numbers-in-white-squares, if you know what I mean. I think the bit between the 5 and the 4 is the only problem. Anyway, it's not a big problem, of course. :)

Oh...that "problem" :D
No, it's not a bug, it's the note's watermark, which has something like a chimney... I used this chimney as the lower dot of the colon, not a successful attempt, but that was my intention :)
