Changing DJ's without shutdown the server

Hi!

I have another problem to deal with.
We´re currently 2 DJ's running my radio. Now the problem is that when for example I want to quit broadcasting and change DJ to my friend...then when I disconnect from the server everyone who listens get disconnected and have to reconnect.

Is there any way I can make that NOT to happen ?

Play around with AutoDumpUsers and AutoDumpSourceTime in the sc_serv.ini? I mean, how long is the delay between the two connections?
