Somebody asked for a 3d desktop interface?
 

looks alright, but what's the point? form over function: not for an OS.

I'd like to see it, but there aer no screenshits that I can find, and I'm about to download it in the computer lab. I'm also not going to mess with installing a plugin so I can see the video. (I think the video shoulid play automatically in IE, but IE is crappy ad doesn't tell me if the video is downloading, or broken, or if I need a plugin, etc. I'm not going to leave it for an hour "hoping" that it is in fact downloading.)

Looks like that pice of shit thing that came with our old Packard Bell machine. Very unusable, slow and un productive. I'm very happy with my desktop at the mo so no thanks :)

i had a 3d desktop thing going for a while... hellish, never again...

It seems easier to handle then a flat desktop, but, it is a bit slow. Then again, I'm on a celeron with an integrated 8mb vid board.

I have 4mb at home (ouch)

I've got a 64mb card, so it should run fine, but to me it looks more like a toy than something that would help productivity.

I had 8MB shared resources, so realisticly it was 6, but 5 was used most of the time. ;)

"Packard Hell" Navigator, perhaps? ;) I remember that as well...

I bet it would run fine on my Geforce 3 Ti200 with 128 ddr ram.
