Resuming WinMX downloads

When I close and restart WinMX, the downloads disppear from the transfer screen. But, when I use Kazaa, the transfers remain in the ransfer screen. I've even tried using the "autocomplete" and "retry" options, but the transfers still disappear. Are the transfers hidden, or must I search for them every time I log onto WinMX or restart my PC? Any help will be appreciated.

If you are downloading and close WinMx, then restart,
the files you were downloading become incomplete files,
and wont' appear back in the download window.

But don't fret, theyr'e hidden in the incomplete files area.
So just click the "Load Incomplete" button in the transfer window,
and they will appear.
Then select the file and resume the download,
either by clicking the "Retry" button at the top of the window,
or by R-Clicking and selecting "Retry/Find Source".

If the original source is not there anymore,
R-Click and select "Search for Similar" or "Search for Alternatives"

You can also right-click on the file in the transfers screen as it's downloading and click the auto-complete feature. Each time you start WinMX it will automatically continue with that download until it is done.

I swear, I did that before I posted, but the d/l still disappeared when I restarted my pc. Are there any tweaks or other ways to fix my problem?

If nothing Sandman2021 or I said worked, I'm at a loss.

Next suggestion would be to go to the WinMx Message Board and ask.
Someone there might help you out more.
