I was just wondering, of anybody here that goes to school, are you still in school now, June 11? Unfortunately, I am. All the teachers here are real screwed up and paranoid. I almost got sent to the prinicipals when someone was drumming on my back and I said ow.:rolleyes: Oh well. Only 3 days left. Then I go from hell to heaven.

btw, that Matt Groening book called School Is Hell is pretty funny.

I guess you can say i get out the same time as you. I skip classes during the last week anyway. :p

Well I'm from the UK.

We have 6 weeks off I think where I may be going to Greece with friends and learn to dive and then go diving in the beatiful oceans :)


Back to the subject: How long do you Yanks have off for your holidays??

i am. School ends for me June 28, but we have a few days off before that. next school year im going to a different school. ugh. i just went around the school in a tour... doesnt look too confuseing to get around. two signs i saw said: 'PJ day every friday!' UGH! who'd want to wear their PJs to school? i wouldnt. also, the tours wre done during a dance...every time a new song started, EVERYONE screamed: EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!' and started hoping or whatever. jeez, it's just a song that you can barely hear over the shouts of 'when-ever/forever/whatever' (i CANNOT make out any words in songs sung in english...i prefer JPop/JRock). ARGH! and the bass! it's just like THUMP THUMP THUMP! URGH! methinks i shall always stick to JPop ^_^ okay, enough about the dance.

School isnt exactly hell for me. I _like_ school just for the fact that it gives me something to do. French gives me time to doodle. Math is almost always easy, leaving me free to doodle all over the back (or front) of the sheet when im done. Science and Social Studies are the most _boring_ things ever, but somehow i manga to think hentai-ish thoughts during those classes..... Music and Band are my fav subjects (explaining would take foreeever methinks). Also, i think i'm the only one person in my class that hates Phys Ed. :igor:

I ony go to school to make plans with my friends for after school. I just f**k around in every class that i'm in. Except science, my teacher is one psychotic ... :rolleyes:

Umm..I go until the 25, since it is my last day of exams, but I finish the 19th, so 4 days left, cuz i'm skipping next wednesday to study. :(

Our whole lives are holidays. We get up every morning and skip happily in the sun to our easy, but well-paying jobs. Then we go home to our beautiful, loving, supportive wives or husbands, who never look a day over twenty, and have unprotected sex five or six times without ever having to worry about pregnancy or diseases. On the weekends we sip martini's by the pool as our automated "Clean-Bots" do the dishes and laundry.

You're new here, and probably not familiar with my sense of humor yet, so it's all good (and I won't mention the "I ony go to school to make plans with my friends for after school. Since you ask, I'm 31, which gives me the right to say [grumpy old man voice]: "Kids these days; talkin' in class and throwin' books out the window, disresectin' the teacher and throwin' away a perfectly good education. Bah, youth is wasted on the young." :p

To say that my education is wasted is well... I am very intelligent, when I know I need to learn something, I learn something, i know my material, and well beyond that. Sure I fool around at school, but not so much as to interfere with my education. It's more around the end of the year that I "F**k around". And there is weed flowing through my school like candy, who needs martinis??:p

I will agree that High School does suck, but I've been out of school since April 10th, and I don't go back until September 7th... I love College. :D

meh. i go to the same HS that my dad went to. theres a patio outside that was a smoking lounge when he was there. now, if you get caught smokin, you get kicked out :igor:

We have one of those, but it is inside and people still use it even if theyre not allowed. Especially kids:eek:

Most people in my school think the guidance counseler smokes weed in school. he is always not making any sense and thinks he's so cool.
