PCMCIA CD-drive + Audio CD

I've the following problem.
I have PCMCIA CD-drive (Compaq CDR_U200) in my note-book. There is no audio out in this CD-drive.
Can I play audio via PCMCIA interface using WinAmp?
Which plug-in is needed?

winamp3 should work already.....out of the box
if it doesn't.... its probably another bug in the CD plug-in...

in which case you'll have to wait for peter to update his wa3plugz for the winamp2 input plug-in support(and then to use CDReader)

for winamp 2 you'd need CDReader
(just remember to read the readme with this one)
