If I hear music on my Computer (Xeon 1.7 GHz, Win2000) it hears like Mickey-Mouse. Have anyone a solution for me - or should I buy a slower Computer ;-( ??

Thanks and soories for my english !

That's an odd one. The system's speed shouldn't have anyyhing to do with playback speed though. I'm assuming you haven't installed (intentional or not) a DSP filter to do this. I was going to say "buy better speakers and/or sound card" until I read your post a second time:D

Sounds like you have faulty soundcard drivers, go to the manufactures website and download the latest version of the drivers for your card, if this dosn't work, come back and tell us.

I'm afraid I havn't describe my problem well. The "sound like Mickey-Mouse" meens that the speed of the music is doubled (until the buffer is empty - then there is a break of some seconds and the story begins again). Can it be a problem of the soundcard ???

Yes, sounds like you have broken soundcard drivers, visit the web site of the company that makes your soundcard, and download the latest set of drivers for it, try that and let us know if it dosn't work.
