Hey is WinMX down or is it just me? I haven't been online for a while so I don't know. I can't connect to www.winmx.com either.

I clicked your link and it was fine. I just downloaded a 100MB file over last night...I think it's working fine.

Hmm... Y can't I connect to it? Was it updated lately and U can't use the old version or something. But that doesn't explain whay I can't get on the site. Im confused....

I really dont know. I'm not an expert in computers that much. Compared to the people here I'm not. What version are you? If it's 2 or something, that might be what's wrong. Try DL from www.download.com

winmx 3.2 could not connect to the servers, they did something to them as to require 3.22. download that and it should work.

frontcode has a habit of turning off the central server when upgrading to a new protocol. it's very dependent, thus centralized.

i rememebered that when they did their beta testing, every new network would have hiccups and downtimes.
