not entirely happy with the LCD....not at all, i suck at making those, i hafta do some more to the border metal so it isnt so plain, i know, i hafta think of cbuttons and everything, but all in all what do you think?

Yes im finishing badluck13amp, im just bored of that and im on the PL stacks and i hafta make some other stuff, stuffthat sux making, so i started this one.

Looks pretty sweet. I like that orb thing in the bottom right corner.

I dont think this would be classed as an LCD skin. At least not yet anyway. It looks good though, i agree with dawg about the logo.

why did u release this on DA? (i mean just the main) or am i seeing things..

DA? forgive me but as you know I am stupid, so I don't get it.

About the skin,
It starts out good, and the logo looks nice, but the "orb" ain't very round, it looks like its pressed together a bit.

Very good, can't wait to see more.

well it wasnt entirely meanr to be a cirle, im gonan delete the metal on the interface ( i called it LCD cos i dont knwo what else to call it) and im gonna make it more design and technical, i wanna make a real good skin with this one so im gonna take my time and try to get the metl to look better and try to learn some better lighting effects

How about calling it just "display", since there is no liquid crystal there?

little remodeling

few things:
1. yes the numbers will work, its all one color on every line, so im going to make the background of each number the same, and it will work, dont worry

2. the Stero button says "ON" in black, when its not stereo it will change to "OFF"

3. i have no idea what im going to do with my cbuttons, nor do i know what im going to have the shuffle and repeat buttons look like or the "OAIDV" thingy look liek eaither, no idea about the EQ or anythign else im just concentrating on the main right now, open to any suggestions.

Looks good to me...Red and black were the colors i used for a while and still like them. :up:

backgroun is a REAL dark red, but im thinking about changing the Hue and Saturation to a blue color when im finished, like merge visible and make the template and the metal unseen, this way it only changes the hue and saturation of what i want

not sure about that yet

Should work. Tho IMO red seems to suit better.

Now that you mention it.....it does slightly.

IMO the cbuttons look a tad plain when compared to the rest of the skin. You've got some really nice detail going here...keep it up. :)

fuck, even when i go and make a skin with no planning, just going with the flow i make something that looks liek somebody elses, im never going to find my own style :mad:

Dont stress...like i said, it does look slightly like kuki's skin, but the style is different and so is the layout....Most of my skins look like a bunch of other skins too...

Dont worry, i didnt mean that as a bad comment. And the two skins dont look at all that alike. I just meant the colours.

oh i see, yea they dont look to much alike at all, im thinking of making it blue but im getting used to the red so that idea is slowly slipping away, heres the EQ, can you guys thing of anything im missing on the EQ? maybe something to spice it up a bit?

Looks good...Just get some nice animations on the sliders happening and it'll be great.

im going to now that you told me i can crop the buttons on the EQ bars, im gonna make it look liek light is shooting up it when u move and itll split apart, the preamp is about half way split apart, itll first open horizontal then itll start moving up a bit, ull see :)

If you crop the buttons you won't have animations and the sliders will screw up when moved... be careful.

I just noticed that the background for nums_ex.bmp is a little different to the time area. Is that deliberate or have you not finished that area?

PL looks great.

that shine of light? thats diliberate, without it for some reason that side doesnt look rounded and bumped up liek it does now, it looks flast and gay, im going to make the "-" minus sign faded from bright to dark when u make it count down in time i think.

i dunno i kinda liek it liek that, thanks on the PL being great :)

playlist looks great, entire skin looks great, but I would change the font of the playlist if I was you, don't know just doesn't really fit in IMO

/me goes off to take a shower then do minibrowser and AVS before sleep for summer school tomorrow.

But that wont effect the look when other people use it though....

the size helps a bit but I still think a different font would look better, arial is just too smooth for this skin
