skinner pus, 3 stars max

2 stars max. do some work on the individual bmp's.

what you've got sofar is a good start for a skin, but it definatly still needs a lot of work to become a good skin, at the moment it looks like you used a skinner to make it, try to lose that skinner look and you're well on your way to making a good skin, I also recommend you give it a little bit more colour, apart from the guy in blue it looks a bit depressing.

also I don't know if you've done the playlist, mini-browser and the avs, but these need to be skinned too, before you submit it.

As Mr. Tough Guy says, it's not that bad for a start. You have the background, which is nice (I don't dislike the absence of colour). But now you have to do something creative with all the buttons and components, forget the grey-box-with-standard-symbol look and try to find a way to make the buttons fit the background.

the easy part is done, up to customizen all the bmps.

i dont even know what the hell skinner does, ive never used it.

it isnt a bad anime skin, but it needs ...hm..more indivuduality ill say, right now its all boxy and as the others said it looks liek a skinenr skin (cos it is) but you could make it all sorts of customized and make it yours, trying opening all the BMP files and making them on ur own, it isnt hard

Hard to rate it without being able to see the pl minibrowser or avs...but around 2 1/2 for originality and asthetics...if the pl, mb and avs window were all done in a similar style then perhaps 2 1/2 - 3 stars for completeness.

ugh, anime... so popular, yet i dont know a single person (not online) who actually watches this crap.

on occasion i watch Dragonball Z, and i have every DBZ movie on my comp

I dunno, Duo, I think it's kinda boring. There's no texture to the control buttons and the playlist/minibrowser gif you posted today don't add anything. Do something crazy, it's okay.

Until then, I give it a 2.

Ok he changed some things so its not 100% skinner, that is true, but if he just paints his AVS, PL and MB black, and writes some text on it, i can't see that its very creative.

Duo M, try to understand this:
I don't want to attack you as a person and I don't want you to stop you skinning. I even want to support you to skin, but please take a bit more time.

I am sometimes a bit to straight forward with my comments. I hope you can understand that. An advice, take my comments with a bit of salt.

just try to make all the components are in the same style.
basically this means that uyou use the same colors for all the windows.

I don't know, it's very Duo Maxwell, but I stopped watching Gundam Wing when they took it off the air. You should make some cursors for it, and it is a skinner skin, that is obvious. Aesthetics would get a 2, Originality, 2 1/2, Completeness, 2, and I can't grade functionality.
