green day...new album?
 

anyone here heard shenanigans yet? geen day's newest album (although the tracks are b-sides, many have only been played live before)...i was discussing it earlier elsewhere and people are claiming better the dookie...is such a thing possible? i do love this album, though...can't decide what i think.

Many have been played before, b sides and compilation songs.

Better than Dookie, no. But then Dookie isn't that good, Nimrod is far superior. Much more variety and quality to it.

I disagree, I feel that Shenanigans is by far Green Day's best album. It is the first time since previous to Dookie that they stayed true to their punk roots while still keeping the music somewhat mainstream. Dookie made it seem like they didn't even care about the fans anymore.

Dookie is, IMO, shit :P
I only like Longview and When I Come Around on that CD.

Nimrod and Warning are my two favorite (I have the complete works of Green Day on my HD)
