How could must skin possibly be "offensive"

Skin ID # 113175
:igor:
I'm seriously confused as to how you think my skin of the Calgary Flames is offensive?? I don't blame you if you don't like them, I don't either I made the skin for my brother. However I seen another flames on here, mines better of course.... Also, I'm not entirely sure what a "rip" is, I'm assuming a copy of someone elses, but mine is not a copy, i made it using a half as skinner and touched it up in photoshop... Anywho get back to me with more details if you could plz, my head is hurting a little trying to figure all this winamp jargon out... Thanks for your time, hope to be on the site soon...

sooms to me its 99,9% skinner and the MB is not even skinned. And since you "made" it for your brother, why do you bother?

We are not allowed to publish any major legue skins, and that includes the Calgary Flames. But don't despair too much, I also had to refuse an Edmonton Oiler skin. ;)

Suggestion: add an "r" to the title, so it now becomes a Calgary Flamers skin - it will go from being a sports team skin to more of a political skin, and therefore acceptable. You might have to tweak some of the graphics a bit (like adding pics of guys), and voila - a brand new skin with a built-in audience of 2%-10% of the population (depending on what figures you believe).

Too much work

The guy up top that burned me was right, well no he was wrong, i did an ass-load photo editing to it. Anywho i made it for my brother so i'm not going to bother...

*ahem*, whatever it is you're talking about, I'm sure that you're forgetting to include the rest of the non-American world in your "population" there. :D

pssst - db, I was talking about the percentage of homosexuals in the general population (is "flamer" a slang word not known down under?). I think the percentage is pretty constant throughout the world. Sorry, it must not have been as clever as I thought it was.

Very funny. I sometimes wonder how threads by gentle, pure new users can be corrupted by us, the regulars.
