Why Is Winamp 3 eating 10%-30% of CPU time?

Winamp 3 is to slow to start, slow to move, slow to set preferences...

Every one has winamp minimized in 99.999999999% of times, so stop eating CPU.

Take the time out to read the FAQ, all of the previous posts etc, and you might learn something - in particular that its a very early release, and is still under continuous development. In short, if you don't like it, don't use it, but don't come in here whinging about it to us.
