Winamp3 final release incomplete?
 

Is it me, or is there a lot still missing from this final release?
None of the plugins work. Is there no backwards compatibility or was it a complete re-write?
Cant change a lot of the settings like switching off ID3 usage as mentioned before.
Cant change the design of the inbuilt vis to have thin bands.
I appreciate it is a free product, but I thought after an near eternity of development time they would have at least got some components ready for the release date.

I think I will be sticking with Winamp 2.80 until things like Sqrsoft Advanced crossfading plugin and Shoutcast are ported over to Winamp 3.

By the way, if I am being pathetically stupid and the old plugins do in fact work please tell me but dont be too horrible about it. :D
