Deleting a Location

Is there a way to delete a location? I've entered a bunch for test purposes and the list is getting kinda long. (CTRL-L you know). How do you do it?:D

location in what? internet explorer?
tools internet options clear history delete cache and all that
as for text form menus that have drop down lists (search engines) just push delete
