Visualization

While I love Winamp 3, the preferences window is well - lame. Ever feel like you needn't improve on something that's already excellent? I liked controlling drop-off and type of spectrum analyzer and I liked the sorting of the plugins. I loved changing the white winamp icon to :winamp: cause I hate the white one...

Anything I missed or any ways to help?

I agree - the preferences window is sorely lacking from what it used to be.

Yeah, I HATE thick bars and peaks! Bring back the option to have thin fire bars without peaks, and all the others.

Think Bars were so-so, but the thing that got me was the refresh rate. They show the status of the song about 1 second later. They Like, never refresh...

configuration registry coming to a winamp near you soon!

huh?

Yay! All that RegEdit practice finally has some use! Well.. Not really practice, more of trying to get Windows to work, which happened thanks to the format command and resource CD.

So you guys are working on a crack / edit for winamp three to add those options?

Be sure to include the options for the visualization such as
code:

Bar Falloff
---------------------
0 0 0 0 0
1 2 3 4 5

Peak Falloff
---------------------
0 0 0 0 0
1 2 3 4 5

0 Normal Style
0 Vire Style
0 Line Style
* Peaks
0 Thin
0 Thick

Refresh Rate:
----------------
0 0 0 0
9 18 35 70 -FPS

Plus lemme use the :winamp: cool :winamp: icon!
THANKS A TON FOR ALL YOUR HELP / CODE!

That's not really code, but you know, I wanted the spacing to be more accurate so you'd have a clue what I was talkin about...
