Workaround update

As a workaround temporarily until I figure out why this is happening, I opened up another winamp session and used the older version of the DSP, again on encoder 1, at set it to 192 and it's working...

Thanks, DrO. I got the test version you sent. I've so far tested the relay and it appears to work. I noticed that when using a relay, it forces me to use yp2 mode, even though i selected legacy mode....

yeah, i've been looking at the debugs for the relay servers and what not via the log file, and haven't seen anything. I turned on all the debugs just to verify, but one server has so much chatter...
