SAM version 16.11 goes down

Yesterday SAM PRO upgrade 16.11, takes 20 minutes to connect to master.shoutcast.com.
And loses its connection every 12-15 hours than it takes 20 minutes to reconnect.
Is there a problem with your...

My automation software (DRS2006 VERSION 4) has no advertisement planner.
Nor do I know how to get into the "metadata".
Please can someone explain this for me I am a newbie on this.
