Video length

I encoded several WMVs created with windows movie maker with nsvenc.exe and the the ntvpa profile. In all of them the length reported by winamp doesn't reconcile with the actual video length.

I have an MP3, If i set an ID3v1.1 tag the title in the PL doesnt match the tage title. If i set ID3v2 it does match. If i remove all tags the false title disappears but if i retag it the false title...
