Cool!

But, I think you should make the bandwidth proportional to the center frequency. Here's what i mean:

[frame]
n=h;
xp=xp%w;
xp=if(below(getspec(0,1,0),0.00001),0,xp+1);
yp=0;

for a simple tunnel effect you'd want to do something like this:

x=f(angle relative to center)
y=g(distance from center)

Where f and g are 2 appropriate functions. Below is an example that...

Dynamoves with bilinear filtering cause a slow fade out... This can be circumvented by this Colormodifier:

red=if(red,red+1/128,0);
green=if(green,green+1/128,0);
blue=if(blue,blue+1/128,0);

I think i know what you mean. I've been thinking about it aswell. Rather than getting the power in a specific frequency band then getting it in a "noteband".

I think the SSC below is doing it:

scaling text

Thanks :-)

You can also scale the text after it has been rendered to make it resolution independent. True it makes the text blocky, but that can look cool as well:

Vector fonts

I made a vector font renderer using SSCs ... Check it out here:

You are right that it has an easy solution for the texerII.

But really it is very hard for SSCs. Just try to imagine drawing a line from (0,0.9) to (0.1,1.1). If you have a good solution please...

I would like the "texture" that i draw using SSCs to be perfectly tiled when i put it through a DM.

For example my parallax pipes presets (see my 2nd pack). Or look at this screenshot:...

n=1000;rr=1;
[frame]
vx=floor(cos(rr*$pi/4)+.5);
vy=floor(sin(rr*$pi/4)+.5);

ugly hack

The only solution at the moment is to dynamically rescale the text. (Ofcourse you could also draw the text you want to write with ssc's and stuff.) It is an ugly hack but it works...

So here's how...

Yes, i know that it is possible using

x=x-floor(x);

And these lines does not cost any fps at all. So i guess my wish is superflous. But by all logic the wrap should work...

Post Wrapping of TexerII

The TexerII wrap does not work properly... I mean it works fine for x=2 (with y=0), but if i set x=4 then 'it' dissapears. It would be great to have that fixed, even though it isn't a major problem.

Ahh yes ofcourse... :-)

Still there is room for some more complicated blend modes. (but maybe they are a little too exotic?)

Post More blend modes

It would be cool to have more blend modes (especially for effect lists). This would avoid some buffer saves.

* A blend mode...
