core private server drops relays on every DJ switch

We have a "core" private server that DJs stream to, that then streams to all relay servers. Every time we switch DJs, the core drops the relay servers.

I've put AutoDumpUsers at 45s and...

We here at 9412 use SAM2 - but you can get away with as little as Winamp 2.81+Shoutcast DNAS and an m3u playlist.
