thx, it didn't really work. I'll need to see if I can step back and use the old Winamp instead. It all worked there, doesn't with the new version sadly.

Else I need to look at the Android syncing stuff, but i use EasyUMS app to make the Android a USB stick so to link to Winamp.

I listen to a lot of podcasts, usually are 1.5-2.5 hours long, so remembering positions to restart where last left...

I kind of find that the best way is to use EasyUMS and do uploading/downloading usign UMS mode and it seems to be most comfortable with the Playlists...

Winamp & the Standard MTP stuff do not work...

try to link it via USB for the first time (for that 20-30min load up). That will set up the winamp files on your phone.

Then try it via wi-fi.

I use that when using Winamp with my phone (SGS3) and it's brilliant. Brings back the old UMS mode which I prefer to the MTP stuff.

on my old HTC Desire I used the USB mode.

On my new Galaxy S3 you don't get USB mode, but I downloaded "Easy UMS" from the XDA developers site to be able to use USB...
