I didnt try to remove that unicodeTaskbarFix file, only these two output files..
Imo its just this PowerFX plugin fault, last time I used Audioburst was at win8.0.

I just went ahead and uninstalled each sound output, first openAL still the same, then Audioburst v2.1 and bingo!
Weird how it started doing it now, but I did see a newer version v2.2 on...
