libopenmpt does have 16-bit and floating-point...

libopenmpt does have 16-bit and floating-point output. The latter could of course be added to the plugin as well and be converted to 24-bit integer, but I really do hope that there is a bit of sanity...

Well, knowing that mikmod isn't rewritten from scratch every other day, my one-liner fix should still be applicable to at least make in_mod load a huge bunch of XM files that otherwise wouldn't load....
