I thought that mentioning my reinstalls and uninstalls to and from 5.08 to 5.13 would have suggested the install. As for DRM, no, none of these files are DRMed at all. (I mentioned the NSV streams)....

Video playback ceased since version 5.08
I upgraded to the latest winamp version a few months back, and afterwards, the video window would appear, but only be filled with background. (I.E. it picked up the image of whatever was behind it)....

I used the plugin to link with my iPod and tried to upload my media library. I had 2 gigs free on my hard drive, and assumed it should be alright, as it didn't need to make a CD image or something...
