Not appearing in the shoutcast directory?

Hello,
I just setup a shoutcast server last week,
and for some reason I'm not appearing in the shoutcast radio directory.

looking at my log file, i see:

I may end up running a cron job to encode mp3's with lame, copy them to a new folder, and then try to figure out a way to keep it up to date...
