You can drop them all into the preset folder if you want, but we're talking about roughly 13000 presets here, and the loading times may become quite long. It's best to distribute them in subfolders...

Yeah, it seems x/y is somewhat off in the custom waves - putting the spiral base at y = 0.18 is the earliest it will show up at all for me (16:10 aspect ratio).
