The funny thing was that I actually was using 60%...

The funny thing was that I actually was using 60% in out_wave :p

And that's what I saved it as in order to keep the sound of windows in the same level.

Sure thing! Altough this happens with all files encoded to aac instead of mp4 so you should be able to reproduce it... maybe. Could be a hardware thing but not likley since everything else works...

I checked the taskmanager at the same time i was opening the m3u and did this 5 times to be sure and every time there was a cpu spike between 90%-98% for 1-2 seconds when opening the m3u.
