Nice way of Blocking the nasties

That's a really neat way of blocking some known nasty adds, and other.
But I didn't keep my old crusty computer. So for now PeerBlock with some custom filters is doing the trick.
I do like the idea...

Caution with over populating the HOST File

Although I feel its a 'shifty' idea to use adblock data to populate the windows HOST file to block adds in Winamp there is caution you should know about...

finding the stupid WinAmp Adds

Clear IE8 Cache (Tool/Internet Options/General tab/Delete all Browsing history)
Open up WinAmp, go to Online Radio or whatever online content you like.
This will populate the IE8 Cache Directory....
