It is certainly a winamp 2 skin. You cn tell by how the playlist looks and the file extension on it is .wsz. Winamp3 has .wal.

Just make the interpreter ignore the code where a custom cursor is defined on another OS.. I don't see why it wouldn't be possible, since they have to do some recoding for it to run on Linux ect...
