MilkDrop itself is free, and comes bundled with hundreds of presets. And as PieturP said, there's only one guy who made MilkDrop, and he doesn't work for Nullsoft (the company that made the program)...

Sometimes that does happen on the changeover between presets, but I think you can turn the errors / notifications off in the options...

It's under the 'More Options' tab in v1.04b.

The song title animations box then specifies some of the options for the titles. If you put -1 in the box it will mean the titles never show up.
