Problem initializaing WinAmp plugin(s), in_mp3.dll

What I am trying to do is to load in_mp3.dll, and use it to play mp3 file using out_ds.dll.
Apparently, I am missing something, because no example is working for me, they always fail at Init() call....

Why is WinAmp becoming bloatware?

I spend more than 0 seconds disabling bloats which comes with the installation. There was a time when this was not necessary? What happened?

Latin translation is a product of a script conversion tool. I translate to the cyrillic script first, and then use a script convertor to get the latin translation. I have "checked" the translation...

Talking Again serbian translation, but now with BOTH scripts

100% new and totaly synchronized, with fixed typos that i noticed from last night :)

As the cyrillic is official script, the corect names of language files should be "Serbian" and "SerbianLatin"....
