I recently had to replace my 120 with a 160. It works fine with ml_iPod. Try formatting it with ml_iPod and reupload your data.

ml_iPod does not support firmware 3.x+. Blame Apple and their encryption schemes. They are not open about how to interface with their database.

Put the folder.jpg in the album folders on your computer's hard drive, not the iPod. ml_iPod will find the jpg in the album's directory and apply it to the album on the iPod.
