MP4 Plug in?

Is there anything that will let me play more then just the audio on MP4 Video files. When I play them I only get audio, no vid and I know there is vid becasue I checked in my Vid edit software

My New latest winamp WILL NOT play AAC+

I did not do that. I can tune into it but when I try to access it though the web, on my phone, it wont go! What I am trying to do is check my reserv IP list. Is there any other way to get to that!
