same problem again!

a few months ago i had my station running smooth i even had some listeners made a website and everything but now all of a sudden i getting the same problem when i first installed shoutcast....

i have mine station now running for a few days i downloaded a mixer and fader so i am using the soundcard and not winamp. i see my station on the list but i am not sure about the sound quality...
