As an addendum, the TRACK TITLE/URL feature for the SHOUTcast DSP works fine for me as well. The only trick I've learned is that you need to cut and paste the info in. Otherwise the info updates in...

Assuming my IP is 69.197.211.206 and my port is 8000, I would put:
http://69.197.211.206:8000/admin.cgi?pass=PASSWORD&mode=updinfo&song=INFO
